Staying here was fantastic. it's just a few steps to the stunning Basler Munster and vibrant old town, making it perfect for leisurely strolls and park views.

great location but limited amenities

The Marketplace Junior Suite had modern decor that was quite appealing. Additionally, the city view from the room created a pleasant atmosphere during our stay.

The amenities could have been more expansive.

I recently enjoyed a lovely stay where relaxing on the rooftop area and having a delightful dinner at the restaurant were highlights for me. The wellness center had an amazing sauna and a serene steam room that made my stay even more rejuvenating. A minor hiccup was that breakfast options were a bit repetitive over three mornings, but it didn't take away from the overall experience. 😊

Spacious rooms offered a modern yet comfortable feel, with a separate private water closet enhancing convenience. The location was ideal, right in the plaza with tram access and a short walk to the basilica. Fresh water was available at all times, and the terrace boasted stunning views. While the staff were friendly and spoke excellent English, the dining options could have been more varied, and the lack of a gym was noticeable for fitness enthusiasts.

I had a fantastic experience at this hotel. the friendly staff provided outstanding service and always made me feel welcome. The rooftop terrace offered breathtaking views of the city, making it a perfect spot to unwind after a day of exploring. The breakfast was a highlight too, featuring freshly baked pastries and high-quality regional products. However, the noise from the trams at night was a bit disruptive to my sleep.

The room was stylish and spacious with an amazing bed. I really loved the free mini-bar and the relaxing sauna area. Plus, the rooftop terrace offers stunning views, perfect for chilling after a day of exploring. Oh, and the location is just unbeatable, right in the heart of everything!
